By using Sokaizen (sokaizen.com), you agree to these terms. Sokaizen is a personal daily journaling web app.

Your account

You sign in with a third-party provider or an email code. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login safe.

Acceptable use

Use Sokaizen for your own daily journal. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access other users’ private data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the entries you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display your content back to you within the app. Entries you mark as shared are visible to other users.

No warranty

Sokaizen is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we are not liable for loss of data or for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
